Where do I find the MAC address and Device Key?
Launch the app – both are shown on the home screen while no playlists are added, and always under Settings → Device info.
How do I add an M3U playlist?
Open Manage playlists, log in with your MAC address and Device Key, click “Add playlist” and paste the playlist URL. Then press “Refresh” in the app. You can also add a playlist directly in the app (Settings → Playlists → Add).
What is Xtream Codes?
Instead of a long M3U link you can enter the host, username and password given by your provider – the app builds the link for you.
Do you sell channels?
No. IPTV Player App is only a media player. We do not provide any content. Use only your own legal playlists.
Channel won't load / black screen?
Check whether the link works in VLC on a computer. Some servers require a specific User-Agent – you can change it in Settings → Player. Also try the other decoder (HW/SW).
How do I protect a playlist?
When adding a playlist, tick “Protect playlist with PIN”. The app will ask for the PIN before opening the playlist.
How long is the trial period?
Every device gets a free trial period. After that, the device is activated with a code on the Activation page.
